Jesus said He would build His "ecclesia". An Eccelsia speaks of a governmental, legislative, and judicial body that made decisions and judgments that determine how society would function.
We are to function from the domain of God (Kingdom of Heaven) in the courts of heaven to exercise our authority, administrating the government of God (Kingdom of God), so that the Kingdom of the Earth begins to looks like home (heaven).

We are not simply called to have nice meetings together. We have been summoned to release the verdicts of heaven on the Earth, destroying the works of darkness and advancing the Kingdom of Light.

There are books written about each of our lives and the nations of the Earth in heaven. These words need to become flesh. This is going to require Jesus' body to go beyond having neat and tidy gatherings that are predictable, controllable, and comfortable. We gather to govern.
